"I have been doing workshops, classes and sessions with Arathi Ma for twenty-three years. One thing I discovered at the very beginning (Level one Reiki training) is that she is a gifted teacher. She addresses all levels of one’s being – the mind, body and soul. She explains energy and energetic processes very clearly and gives her whole self to helping her students – to heal unhelpful or negative patterns and wake up. She makes this information interesting, accessible and inspires you to do the exercises – she encourages your every effort and applauds even your smallest steps. I was so happy to hear that AM was going to do another iteration of what she initially called The Wisdom Classes. I loved these classes because they answered my curiosity about the nature of reality, and how to integrate the physical and energetic. They are lessons you can use for the rest of your life - I still use the exercises such as the neutral witness – and healing the heart - I still go back to the impeccability list to assess the state of my life – and I still go over my notes and find knowledge and suggestions that didn’t sink at the time, but now resonate and have positive impacts.
I started out as what some may understand as a muggle, not the least sensitive to or aware of any energy. With the guidance of AM and through my own curiosity, diligence and practice I now can sense multiple levels of energy and receive many layers of information. This has made my life fuller, and has enabled me to take large steps to a much more fulfilling life. These have included linking up my life partner after many years of being single, leaving several careers that were burning me out and taking the leap into art, which I had been thinking about for decades. I got into art school where I discovered my own expression and am now continuing to develop my work through personal studio work and by taking part of exciting collaborations with various artists. Through all this, I must say that what is most satisfying is that I can sense what I need to be doing and (sometimes with a little encouragement) do it – for the most part this expands my life, although when it contracts it feels like exactly the right thing. I also now have the ability to see how apparent set-backs are huge opportunities for learning and spiritual advancement. This helps with the healing process and effectively moves me forward into greater realms of awareness – which is ultimately where we’re all going.

Through Wisdom Life School (WLS) with Arathi Ma, I've reached a place I'd never been before: the luminous stillness within.
Before WLS, I'd had anxiety and depression for about twenty years, on and off. I have an ADHD diagnosis and it's common to have some level of anxiety and depression with it. I had spent my teens and twenties trying to manage it all, with mixed results. The internet was coming of age as I was, so there was plenty to find!
In twenty years of seeking, though, nothing has come close to WLS. Through Arathi Ma's teachings, healings, practices, and transmissions, I've become a different person: the one beneath the thoughts, beliefs, and labels I used to see as myself. My focus has improved. The anxiety and depression are greatly reduced.
