"Arathi Ma, just to update you: I had really bad plantar fasciitis before the call and I could barely walk or put any weight on my foot and it was extremely painful. This morning after the call it is so much better and hardly bothering me at all. And the pain has gone from a 9 to a 1. Normally in the morning when I got out of bed, I would have to limp and hold on to furniture to get around at first as the pain would be so debilitating, but this morning I barely felt it when I put my foot on the ground and could walk normally.
