Question: I purchased a group call, book or package but have not received the downloadable links.
Answer: It can sometimes take a few minutes to receive the email with the downloadable links once your purchase has been made. Your download links are ON YOUR RECEIPT. Also, check your spam.
If you have not received the email within 24 hours, please email your receipt to:

Question: When the group calls are finished, how long before I receive the replay link?
Answer: The same link becomes the replay. You can also download the call yourself, if you click on where it tells you.
 
Question: Can we listen to any of your mp3s on loop while we sleep or is it better when we are conscious?
Answer:  Listen to them at least a couple of times to start with and then you can play them on a loop during the day or during sleep. If any of them interfere with sleep then loop those during the day.
 
Question: when downloading some of the mp3 sometimes they do not work.
Answer:  the mp3’s are silent so you will not hear anything. They are activated with energy and healing and you are receiving this even though they are silent.
